Aruba

We spent a few days in Aruba January of 1999. It was beautiful, hot, peaceful, and the visit was way too short. The people are very friendly. The food is great. The water warm. To learn more check here. [Click on the photos below to see a larger version.]

	These two ladies are apparently arguing over some baskets. This was painted on the side of a resturant in Orangestadt.

	Many buildings are colorfuly painted. It helps keep the place "One Happy Island", which is the official license plate slogan in Aruba.
